Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items in our store are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as sizing, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge after confirming with the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Lost packages

Refunds are not issued for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
